Shipping Policy

All our items are tailor made in small batches - quality takes time!

Depending on stock availability, your order will be processed, shipped and delivered within 5-10 business days nationally and 10-15 days internationally. We will keep you posted every step of the way. 

​

Please note that we do not post over public holidays or weekends, and do not cover any return costs.

Shipping to major cities in South Africa to your door: 

~ R85 Standard Courier 

~ R300 Overnight Courier

 

INTERNATIONAL for packages > 0.5kg

~ Sub Saharan Africa: R320

~ Europe, UK, Middle East: R400

~ USA, Canada, Mexico: R450

~ All other countries: R570

Please note that Duties and Taxes in your country may apply, and these are not included in the above shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Strictly, we do not offer returns for  any discounted items, or items that have been worn. 

​

Items can ONLY be returned within 14 business days of purchase. Any item returned must have the original labels and tags with them. They must be clean, unwashed, unworn, and unused. 

​

If you wish to exchange your item, please contact GLOW within 7 business days of purchase or receiving your items. 


GLOW is not responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

​

In the case of you receiving a faulty or wrong item, your shipping charges will be refunded and you can exchange your item within 14 business days. 
 

You can opt to either ship to return your items to the address we will provide you with after contacting customer service, or arrange drop off and exchange of items at our studio: Room 3, The Left Bank, 141B Main Road (above Tortuga Loca), Cape Town.
